DRESSING:
1/2 cup water
2 cups reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar or Splenda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
3/4 cup vinegar
1/4 teaspoon paprika
SALAD:
1 can cut green beans drained
1 can yellow beans drained
1 can dark red kidney beans drained
1 package frozen baby lima beans thawed
1 medium sweet onion diced
1 can sliced carrots drained
3 ribs celery diced
Whisk all dressing ingredients together. Combine salad ingredients and pour dressing over all. Before serving, pour off most of dressing. This can be frozen and used again.
Best if made several hours ahead or the night before.
